A 45-hectare estate seen to offer high-rise residences, hotels, retail establishments, and offices, Vertis North will also have a multi-functional garden that’s twice the size of a football field.

Seda Vertis North will surely be the place to be for a relaxing break as it brings guests closer to must-visit leisure spots within the city. The five-star hotel boasts of 438 rooms and topnotch amenities.
3. A place you can call home
If you’ve always wanted to live in the north, the estate offers different options you can choose from—Avida Towers Vita, Avida Towers Sola and High Park. While the three towers of Avida Towers Vita are already sold out, you can still look into Avida Towers Sola, with its 7,000sqm land area and studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Meanwhile, Alveo Land’s High Park Residences aims to change the game when it comes to residential living experience.
