When Republic Cement launched "Tibay Mo, Inspirasyon Ko!" Search for the Tibay Hero contest in 2014, thousands of entries poured in—each with a heartwarming and inspiring story to tell. Among all these stories, Aling Delia Balonzo's touching tale stood out. She shares a tiny home with her 13 children and the nine young ones she has adopted through the years as a practicing midwife.

After around a year of construction, the design of Palafox Architecture was finally brought to life. With the help of Real Living's Dagny Madamba and Paula de Guzman, the place was made homey and inviting.

A bright and airy living area welcomes guests into the home.

To keep the space functional, sleek pieces were chosen. This corner can serve as an extra dining nook for the family.

The dining area is kept simple with chairs from Match Contract Furniture.

Aling Delia's kids and grandkids would surely feel at ease at night while sleeping on these bunk beds that help make the most of floor space.

Light sheets complete the beds while charming vignettes serve as decor.

Watch the quick home tour of Aling Delia's new home below:

Special thanks to Match Contract Furniture for the chairs and lights, Uratex for the mattresses, and Abenson for the appliances.
