Take a Peek Inside Solenn Heussaff's Boho-Industrial Space
We're filing her home under #homegoals
Summer is still a couple of months away but many of us are already making plans, scheduling trips to the beach, and setting parties with friends. Of course, aside from these usual activities, there are some who can't wait to decorate the home with bright and colorful hues! If you're looking for a laid-back peg that packs a lof personality, we found just the right home for you—thanks to Instagram!
We spotted the home that Solenn Heussaff shares with her fiancé Nico while scrolling through Instagram and it deserves to be part of our #homegoals. It features touches of nature, Industrial elements, and vibrant pieces that make the home inviting. No wonder, many get-togethers with friends are held in the space. Here are four things that we loved about this home:
The abundance of natural light
Aside from the stunning view of the skyline, the space makes use of natural light—given the tall windows and door. Our favorite from this part of the house? Vito Selma's Alegra high back swing chair that's perfect for days when you simply want to lounge around and read a good book.
Achieve the same feel for your space by investing in the right pieces and using sheer curtains that you can draw back in the morning.
The outdoor touch
Living in a condo can be challenging for those who love gardening. If you have a balcony and an empty wall, you can explore the many possibilities of vertical gardening. Choose low-maintenance plants and consider adding a couple of seating pieces and use the space as an extra entertaining or dining nook.
The brick wall
Solenn and Nico's condo successfully marries colorful pieces with raw elements. Who would miss this brick wall? If you've always a similar wall for your space but can't work on a renovation ASAP, you can work with brick wallpaper or a faux brick wall. Consult with a design professional about options that you can pursue.
The wooden pieces
Aside from the colorful rug, touches of nature, and industrial-inspired elements, the wooden pieces also help complete the overall vibe of the space. Wooden tables and tabletop decor add a distinct warmth to the home that's perfect for get-togethers. If you want a similar feel, you can also choose ones with a distressed finish for a rustic touch.
