Consider having a frameless glass door.

Instead of the usual shower curtain, choosing a frameless glass door adds a sophisticated touch – giving the space the vibe of a shower or steam room.

Add niches or overhang shelves.

Aside from serving as additional storage space, you may also put décor pieces on display such as plants and fragrances. Opt for pieces made of wood as it can be painted in white or it can also be stained.

RL Tip: Consider adding a LED striplight below the shelves as accent lighting.

Use wood trimmings for mirrors.

If your bathroom has frameless mirrors, you can easily add wood trimmings for impact. You may also opt to add additional wall lights beside the mirrors.

RL Tip: Choose warm light bulbs to complete the cozy vibe.

Be ready with extra storage.

Avoid clutter by adding cabinets below the sink. If your budget allows, you may also hang an open shelf or cabinet in one wall. “Compartmentalize the cabinet according to your needs and items. You can use one drawer for extra toiletries while another can be used to store essentials like hair brushes, hair products, and more,” shares Leslie.

RL Tip: Consider recycling an old cabinet that you can use in the bathroom. Nothing beats a fresh coat of paint for an updated look.

Dress up your bathroom.

Keep the space organized and clean by having a nice tray or basket where you can corral toiletries. If the space allows, you may also add old mason jars repurposed as vases for fresh flowers. “Bring out your towels and arrange it in one shelf or basket. It would be great if you will also have proper trash bins," Leslie adds.
