Organize appliances according to use
Consider frequency of use as the rule of thumb. Place the coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster out in the open then place rarely used items inside a cabinet. Doing this allows you to have more countertop space—allowing you to work freely and efficiently.
Utilize vertical space
If you have empty walls, you may install wall-mounted shelves where you can keep your supplies and condiments. You may also install a rack where you can display your favorite pots and pans.
Create an inventory
If there are instances when you cannot easily locate an item or ingredient, you may want to consider writing an inventory of available ingredients then stick it to the inside of the cabinet door. Doing this can help you track expiration dates as well.

Use similar containers
Opt for containers that have the same size and color to create a clean and uniformed look.
Segregate your things
Sort everything in your closet and group similar items together. Cooking utensils should be placed near the stove as well as commonly used ingredients. If you have a coffee station, you may also want to group your mugs and coffee must-haves together in one corner.
