Be inspired to create your own chic and colorful space

Nana, who teaches German, credits her love of the bohemian style to her years spent in Germany, where their diplomat father was posted. “People might think that Germans are strict and linear. Here are the three elements that we loved in her space:
What do you do with a plain wall? Aside from hanging photos, you can use paper lanterns to spruce up your space. These cute lanterns add whimsy to Nana’s cozy simple sleeping area.
By the balcony door is Nana's favorite corner—her growing collection of succulents neatly arranged on a wooden shoe rack. "It's more Filipino," shares Nana.
This eclectic tableau by the foyer clues you in on Nana’s style—carefree, laid-back, and multicultural, with Damian Domingo prints, a vintage toy car, and a Matryoshka doll.
