Hang your jewelry

Instead of storing them in drawers or boxes, why not show off your necklaces? Hanging them on a round vase or a necklace tree makes for a pretty (and tangle-free) display. You can also stack rings.

Use other containers

No place to store your jewelry? Look around your home. Bowls, glass saucers, and little chests can all be great jewelry organizers. Be creative!

Separate by type

Organize your jewelry by kind: store your bracelets together, your necklaces together, and so forth. Use trays with dividers or even a cutlery tray for this.

Choose Clear Boxes

Storing your jewelry in see-through drawers like this makes them easy to find during frantic mornings.

Keep pieces by the entrance

Don't you just hate forgetting where you placed your watch or earrings? Avoid this by leaving your pieces in a partition tray near your door.

Recycle Picture Frames

Old picture frames are great for holding earrings, especially those you use everyday. Take out the glass cover replace it with a piece of cork. Stick pins on them and hang your earrings.

Pick a Jewelry Box

For your more delicate pieces, buy a good jewelry box with compartments for rings, earrings, watches, and other items.

Make a Display Case

Create a jewelry display by lining an old tray with wrapping paper. Install pegs or small hooks and hang on your wall.

Take pieces with you

Use a small pouch or a jewelry wallet for items that you can bring with you for after-work dinners or when you travel.

Bowls of the Rings

Use little bowls or dishes to organize and separate your smaller jewelry. Place them in a shallow drawer or a multi-drawer container like this one.
