RL Spotlight: Craft MNL
Be inspired by this artistic community’s creative workshops and handmade products

Marielle Nadal-Reyes established Craft MNL to bring together artisans, small entrepreneurs, and other creative people all around the country and create “a space to interact and share skills and resources.” The store is not only a place where you can buy items – it’s also a venue where you could get your creative juices flowing.
Marielle shares that they started with screen-printing workshops. Since then, they’ve done crocheting, knitting, DIY weddings, resin casting, and bookbinding, among others. They have even hosted “Interior Styling Made Simple,” a workshop on decorating your space – designed especially for new homeowners.
Exhibits are also held in Craft MNL’s space. A recent one is “Type Kita,” an exhibit featuring typography artwork. Craft MNL also sells materials and finished crafts, like papier-mache unicorns, papier mache giraffes from Takatak Project, and wrapping papers.
