After Typhoon Ondoy forced Mina Lim and her family to move out of their Marikina house, they decided to move into a Quezon City townhouse. Although they were happy there, Mina wanted to move into a space that they could truly call their own. 

The family found a new Marikina property that stands on a 400sqm lot and has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, three kitchens, two living rooms, and a garage. Mina furnished the structure with traditional Chinese pieces and unexpected modern details.
