Have you ever checked into a serviced residence? Think of it as a cross between a hotel and your home—you get all the amenities you need, the privacy you crave, and the comfort you deserve, without having to worry about your weekly cleaning checklist because someone is going to do it for you. It's great to book whether you're traveling for work or play.

If you're looking forward to a change of scenery and pace for a few days or longer, you'll want to check out the newest space from The Ascott Limited Philippines. The 32-storey Somerset Central Salcedo Makati is located along H.V. Dela Costa Street, near the main thoroughfare of Buendia and just on the slightly quieter side of the bustling business district. A blend of modern design and familial service, the serviced residence offers a home away from home.

Somerset Central Salcedo Makati has 285 rooms in different cuts: Studio Apartment (24sqm), Studio Premiere (41sqm), One-Bedroom Unit (51 - 55sqm), Two-Bedroom Unit (83 – 86sqm), and Three-Bedroom Unit (151 – 168 sqm). Bigger units offer a full kitchen, and even a washer and a dryer so you won't need to go out for laundry. Common amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a Residents’ Lounge, and Cubbies playroom for children.

“We at The Ascott Limited Philippines treat each other as family, and this special bond translates how we welcome and serve every guest in all our properties, including here at Somerset Central Salcedo Makati,” says Somerset Central Salcedo Makati General Manager and The Ascott Limited Philippines City Manager Susan Salcedo in a release. “When we say ‘You will feel at home’ with us, we truly mean it.”

Currently, the serviced residence only welcomes quarantine guests due to NCR's COVID-19 alert level, but you can now start inquiring and booking as it will soon open for multi-use.

Rates start at P4,800. For more details, head on to their website.
