This Soon-to-Rise Condo Offers The Perks of a Hotel

That’s exactly what real estate developer Federal Land Inc. plans to do with the rise of the Grand Hyatt Manila Residences. This two-tower condominium will be located adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Manila.

Two-bedroom cuts go from 120sqm to 143 sqm, while three-bedroom cuts go from 205sqm to 394sqm.

Units will have a posh hotel ambiance—floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, concealed air conditioning systems, and more. And aside from ample space to cocoon, the Grand Hyatt Manila Residences will also offer the five-star services of its namesake hotel: unit owners will get easy access to The Grand Kitchen, The Cellar, The Lounge, No. 8 China House, The Peak, Florentine, and the Pool House. In fact, a simple phone call can have hotel staff deliver the most delectable meals to one’s unit!

It’s all about “living grand”—so much so that residents will be granted a two-year Globalist membership, which is the highest level in the World of Hyatt loyalty program. This enables unit owners and their families to earn points for availing of hotel products and services. According to the Hyatt website, “Globalists will receive the best room available at the time of check-in at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts, including standard suites and rooms with Club lounge access,” with the possibility of having a dedicated My Hyatt Concierge. That’s something to look forward to once travel restrictions relax.
