How Much It Costs to Buy a Private Luxury Villa in Amanpulo

Here's a look inside Amanpulo's residences.

Everywhere you look on Instagram, celebrities and influencers are jetting off to Amanpulo. It's understandable why: The ultra-luxurious beach resort offers the best in service, privacy, facilities, and design—the things loyal clientele from all over the world expect from an Aman Resorts-managed property. Plus, you know, there are the island's white-sand beaches and clear turquoise waters.

Long before social media found Amanpulo, however, it was already the destination of choice for the country's elite. Instead of booking stays at the private paradise island's casitas and villas, a select group of Filipino ultra-high-net-worth individuals opted to buy residences of their own in Amanpulo.

Here's a look inside Amanpulo's residences and how much it really costs to buy a private luxury villa on the island.

Aman Resorts offers residences in several of its properties around the world.

An Aman Residence offers a home away from home with "unparalleled hospitality and facilities." This includes professional services such as babysitters, private chefs, yoga instructors, and spa therapists.

The last time an Amanpulo estate became available for sale publicly was in 2016.

The listing from Christie's International Real Estate shows an inside look at Amanpulo's Villa One. The estate is made up of four casitas that overlook the Sulu Sea.

Each casita consists of a deluxe bedroom and an en suite bathroom.

The estate also has a 1,000-square-feet master casita that has its own pool and beach access.

The 2016 listing priced Amanpulo's Villa One at $12 million (approximately P583 million).
