Got Kids? Here Are Open Areas in Cavite and Tagaytay They Can Enjoy

Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal have received a more relaxed Alert Level 3 status.

With the lowering of alert levels, minors from Metro Manila can now leave their homes, but they should be with a parent or guardian at all times, according to Resolution No. 21-24, signed by NCR mayors. Individual outdoor exercise shall also be allowed for all ages, regardless of comorbidities or vaccination status.

Does this mean our kids can enjoy the outdoors? Based on what has been mentioned above, yes to some extent. BUT we advise you to travel with extreme caution because COVID-19 has not yet been eradicated.

You've probably seen the crowds at certain places during the first weekend the Alert Level went down. So it may be best to go on weekdays to avoid crowds.

Open areas are ideal as experts will tell you. So based on research and feedback from parents, these are outdoor spaces in Cavite and Tagaytay where kids are welcome to visit. That said, it is best to call ahead and ask whether kids are accepted due to the ever-changing guidelines brought by the pandemic.
