Looks like the most-followed family on social media will achieve their goal of moving into their new home before this year ends. Last January, we published an article sharing the family’s latest milestone—their multi-storey home is under construction. Based on Doug and Chesca’s posts on Instagram, the project is in full swing.

To give their followers a peek into the spacious abode, the couple visited the site recently and posted a video on Youtube. In the video, the two identified the different areas around the home and some details that got us excited to see the finished project, too. Here’s what we know so far:

The property will have four floors—with fantastic views of Quezon City, Makati, The Fort and Laguna de Bay. With the trees surrounding it, the house will definitely feel like a resort when it’s done.

From the main gate, the Kramers will have a porte cochere or a roofed porch-like structure where vehicles pass, allowing the homeowners to ride or alight without worrying about the elements.

A short flight of steps leads to main door. Spacious common areas will welcome the family’s guests. According to one of Doug’s posts, the staircase and elevator will be on the right and a huge sala area will be welcoming friends and family.

The house will be dominated by glass—we’re guessing there will be a lot of glass windows and sliding glass doors in the final look. By opting for these materials, natural light will surely stream into the space and anyone can marvel at the relaxing view anytime.

During their site visit, the couple also mentioned the high ceiling of the home. The high ceiling complements the planned glass windows and will surely result in an airy, inviting, and spacious home.

The dining area can accommodate around 25 people and will be connected to the cooking area.

Based on the video, the kids’ yayas will not only have sleeping areas, they will have their own living and dining rooms, too.

Aside from having a classroom for the kids, Doug and Chesca will each have a home office.

Stepping out of the common areas will lead to the covered balcony/lanai and swimming pools—one is an infinity pool. There will be a gym as well.

The living room on the ground floor can be seen from the second floor family area which is a loft, according to Doug.

Since their former home has a home cinema, the new home’s mini theater will be bigger as it can accommodate around 16 to 20 people.

There are guest rooms aside from the kids’ rooms and master bedroom. Kendra and Scarlet’s room will have a walk-in closet and bathroom, too.

One of the floors will have an access to a huge balcony. Since the family loves taking photos and collecting memories, a hallway is set to become a memory wall—with photos of Team Kramer through the years.
