The front door of a house serves as the welcoming detail to our personal enclave, and that is why you should choose a main door that is striking, and with a style that reflects the overall personality of your home.

But what if you had the choice of dozens of beautiful doors reworked and re-designed by noted Filipino artists? Such is the case in the art event Awit at Laro, a fundraising campaign that celebrates the songs and games of Filipino youth.

Doors were given to various artists such as Ramon Orlina, Daniel dela Cruz, Leeroy New, National Artist Francisco “Bobby” Mañosa, Aba Dalena, and many others to render their version of Filipino games on the door itself. The proceeds of the sales of the doors and artwork will benefit UNICEF, the Tukod Foundation (established by Architect Mañosa), and the Shining Light Foundation.

Accompanying the art exhibit is the launch of the Awit at Laro songbook, a collection of traditional Filipino songs reinterpreted by top OPM artists led by Gary Valenciano. The songbook includes lyrics of the songs, together with artwork depicting each song created by artists from Ang INK (Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan) and Kids for Kids.
