Heart Evangelista’s Elegant Townhouse in Quezon City
Her home is filled with classic touches and sophisticated accessories
Actress Heart Evangelista considers her Quezon City townhouse the place where she did a lot of growing up. This is, after all, the home she moved into right before marrying Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero.
Living alone for the first time at the age of 29—away from the comfort of having her parents around—Heart learned to take care of herself and manage a household. “Malaki ang mga pinagbago ko talaga, sobra,” she says. Her newfound independence and maturity are clearly reflected in the way she designed this townhouse, too. While feminine elements are still present, they are set against neutral-hued walls and complemented with accessories that exude easy elegance—perfect for a young woman transitioning to be a wife.

These furniture pieces—all covered in rich and textured fabric—give her living area an effortlessly elegant look. The glass tops on the tables make this room look even more spacious.
The actress chose an all-white color scheme for her kitchen to keep the area looking clean and organized.
Rich textures make the master’s bedroom even more inviting. The neutral tones of the furniture complement the blue-painted ceiling.
The painted ceiling in Heart’s bedroom functions like an accent wall—it adds visual interest to the space without overwhelming it. The sky-and-clouds pattern also adds a relaxing element to the room.
The master bathroom is a perfect example that shows off the grown-up feminine style of the townhouse.
The study area proves that a mostly-white space doesn’t have to be boring. The white palette makes the more colorful accessories stand out and appear even more striking.
Pink and white stripes on the accent wall give her walk-in closet a girly touch—without being too frilly.
This simple storage solution keeps Heart’s accessories organized and easy-to-access.
RL Tip: Create a similar piece by recycling an old medicine cabinet. Add corkboard inside so you can easily hang your favorite earrings and necklaces. You can also install mini rods.
