What could be better than having your dream wedding? If you ask us, making a home together is just as important! After a solemn exchange of vows and an unforgettable celebration with your family and friends, we can look forward to the moments that come after the milestone.

For this finance manager and his wife who runs a small crafting business, their newly decorated one-bedroom condo allows them to better enjoy their new life together! Kat Villanueva-Lopez and Pam Tan made the couple's 35sqm home more special by using clean neutral shades and comfortable furniture pieces.

This space was designed as part of this year’s Real Living Space at the Avida Towers Centera showroom in Mandaluyong. To learn more about Real Living’s signature event, visit realliving.com.ph/rlspace.

Bar Cart

A bar cart is a must-have for couples who want to enjoy a few glasses of wine in the comfort of their own home. This particular piece with a posh appeal is from Mav.

Kitchen

Facing the bar cart is this small kitchen! Instead of renovating your kitchen, you may also want to simply paint your cabinets and replace the cabinet handles. These simple tricks are easy and affordable ways to instantly improve the space.

Dining and Living Area

How can you define two areas without putting up a wall? In this particular home, Kat and Pam defined the dining area with a floor-to-ceiling mirror. They also made the living area stand out by creating a bright red accent wall.

Dining Area

The dining area is furnished with a wooden table and mismatched chairs from Crate and Barrel.

Living Area

On the other hand, the living area is completed with a gray sofa and a mirrored side table from Mav. Facing it is a gray bench also from Mav.

Home Office

Just like the rest of the 35sqm home, the bedroom has neutral shades of white, blue, and gray. Since the wife runs a small crafting business, the design team carefully prepared this home office for her.

Home Office

The home office is furnished with a Greek Fretwork Mirror from Mandaue Foam and a dining table used as a work desk from Crate and Barrel. The side chair with a gold frame is from Mav.

Bed

In order to make a cramped bedroom feel more luxurious, you can also consider an upholstered headboard!
