Moving in together is an exciting thing for every couple! What could be better than waking up next to the one that you love and coming home to him or her at the end of the day? However, living under the same roof can also be a challenge. For the perfect shared home, you must marry two different styles and provide enough room for both of your possessions.

Heima and My Apt. owners Bong Rojales and Rossy Yabut-Rojales mastered the art of creating the ideal space together. The creative couple let go of their personal belongings to create more room and turned two unused bedrooms into his-and-hers home offices. The 160sqm condo is completed with bright colors, playful patterns, and customized furniture

Foyer

Why is a foyer so important? The foyer is the first space that family and friends see upon entering your home. It should make guests feel welcome and let them know what they can expect in the area.

This foyer is furnished with a wooden console from Heima and colorful wall art by Kris Abrigo.

Living Area

Do you want to have a living area that you can easily transform according to your mood? You can start by using a white wall and a gray sofa! You can pair these neutral shades with any color combination that you would like.

In this living area, the faux brick wall is brightened up with an abstract painting by MM Yu.  The gray sofa is topped with mismatched throw pillows from Heima. A gray-and-yellow teardrop-patterned rug from Decoliving Manila is a fitting final touch.

Bar Cart

Bong and Rossy use this movable bar cart to prepare a cup of coffee for breakfast and to serve refreshments to their guests. The movable bar cart can also be purchased at Heima.

Dining Area

If you want to make your condo seem airy and spacious, you should consider an open layout! If you have no walls or partitions, your space will look so much bigger. To define the areas, you may use a different wall shade for the dining area.

A vibrant wall color defines the dining area and serves as a refreshing jolt of color

Dining Area

The dining area corner is decorated with a house plant in a woven planter. The woven planter will soon be available at Heima.

Kitchen

Do you also live in a condo or a small space? You should consider painting your cabinets! Gray cabinets look chic and stylish.

Bong's Home Office

The two unused bedrooms have been turned into home offices for Bong and Rossy. Bong's home office is filled with dark colors and industrial-style furniture.

Rossy's Home Office
Bong and Rossy purchased two work desks in different colors from Blu Dot. Rossy complemented her red desk with Tiffany blue curtains and a gray-and-yellow chevron rug.
Master Bedroom

Compared to the other areas in this home, the master bedroom has a clean and simple look. This makes the space perfect for resting and relaxing.

Gray Wall

Rossy's shoes are lined up against this soft gray wall with white details. Quirky, wall-mounted pieces make the space seem even more interesting.
