This Couple Spent Only P280,000 to Build an Adorable Tiny House in Cavite
It has a floor area of six square meters!

AB Magtulis and Hazel Garcia wanted to have their own space where they can comfortably work from home. But instead of splurging on a condo in the city, the couple decided to build a tiny house across Hazel's family home in Cavite to minimize cost.
With a budget of P280,000, they were able to build a comfortable two-storey home. Despite the small six square meter floor area, the space fits both AB and Hazel's workspaces, a small living area, a bathroom, and a bed that's accessible through a cool staircase. The 15 feet tall foundation also has a rooftop area, where the couple can relax on their off days.
