Sometimes, homeowners find their future homes in unexpected places. For example, photographer Gabby Cantero first saw this real estate property when she shot her friend's pre-nuptial photos here. Since she liked the place so much, she asked if there were any available units. Fortunately for her and her mother, a four-storey house was ready for occupancy.

Gabby and her mother soon transferred from their old place in Quezon City to their new dwelling in the south. Gabby's friend, interior designer Ruby Besira, helped the young artist create the rustic industrial place that she has always dreamed of.
