Cool and Classy: This BGC Condo Has Many Style Ideas You Can Borrow
It also features custom-made media cabinets, carpets, and other pieces.

When you are a travel enthusiast, you get to explore many exciting locations and stay in various beautiful spots–but as the old saying goes, there truly is nothing like home. Such was the case for a young Filipino-Chinese couple and their daughter, whose three-bedroom condo in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig is a wonderful haven that they can call their own.
Interior designers Denise Palad and Ghynella Bartolome of Project 1212, Inc. embraced a contemporary style for this unit, which has a 190 sqm floor area. The condo has a sophisticated palette consisting of blue, green, ivory, and other neutral tones, while the materials used here are primarily walnut, linen, abaca, and solihiya.
Have a closer look at this condo unit that is the very definition of cool and classy:
Foyer
Amid the contemporary design of this home are a number of impressive Filipino accents. One excellent example of this is the foyer, which highlights a mirror with a cool frame hung right across a painting of a distinctly Pinoy scene.
Living Room
To create a warm and inviting living area, IDrs. Denise and Ghynella used various textures and wooden tones. They utilized wood veneer for the walls and faux wood PVC cladding for the ceiling, while the media cabinet was custom made by Project 1212, Inc. The designers also tapped local suppliers to create the carpet.
Dining Room
Right next to the living room is the dining area, which has a well-appointed table that can comfortably seat up to eight people. One notable piece you’ll find here is the trendy pendant lighting.
Kitchen
One of the most distinct changes the interior designers made with this space is replacing the kitchen counters with cultured marble quartz. They also created the backsplash using herringbone-patterned marble tiles.
Master Bedroom
The bedrooms feature a straightforward contemporary design style. The master bedroom, for instance, has clean lines, lots of wooden elements, and a subdued color palette, therefore creating a calming, relaxing space.
Bedroom 2
With its mint green color scheme, the second bedroom has a more youthful vibe. It also has a spacious desk and open shelving which can be used for both decor and storage.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom follows a mostly white palette that is balanced by splashes of vibrant pinks and greens. Like the other bedrooms, it also features a built-in study nook with plenty of cabinet space.
Bathroom
In the master bathroom, you’ll find his-and-her sinks surrounded by lots of countertop space. There is also a touch of solihiya in the doors of the medicine cabinet.
One distinctive feature of the other bathroom is the walls, which are made of subway tiles in a playful light blue hue.
