The moment you step inside this unit, you’ll instantly feel as if you’re transported to Santorini, an island in Greece known for its crystal clear waters, distinct white structures, and picturesque view. “The owners got this unit for their three daughters. Since they love to travel, they wanted to have a space inspired by Santorini. What we did here is a modern, budget-friendly version that still fits the location,” says design consultant Grace Moslares of Magara Designs.

With its white walls and refreshing blue touches, it’s an ideal home in the city where one can relax, invite friends over, and enjoy a good night’s sleep. Grace successfully achieved not just an inviting ambiance, but a functional space that can accommodate three to five people comfortably, too. “It’s the challenging part, how can it accommodate five people. Kasi yung owners, they love having meals together and visiting during weekends. Kaya ang nilagay natin, multifunctional pieces like the custom-made bed, dining table and the sofa bed,” adds Grace. Completing the look of the unit is an ornate wrought-iron partition that adds privacy and elegance to the space. Now, who needs a plane ticket to Greece when you can come home to your own paradise every single day?
