A Chic Minimalist 47sqm Condo Unit

After graduating from college, Roselle made a wise decision—she purchased her own condo unit and slowly transformed it into a minimalist space that’s cozy and inviting. “I told myself that this investment would serve as a push [and as a] reminder to always strive for the best and to always work hard. This home is pretty sentimental to me in the sense that it’s my reward for all the hard work and discipline I’ve put into these past years. It’s not just an investment, this is now my home,” she shares.

The 47sqm, one-bedroom unit is a must-see. With the help of her friend and business partner, design consultant Charlene Falcis, Roselle’s vision for the unit materialized. It showcases modern Scandinavian elements, brick walls, lovely bleached pine wood, space-saving details, and a monochromatic palette. Aside from completing it with furniture pieces carefully sourced here and abroad, the young homeowner also used Pinterest, her travels, and the shows she loves to watch as sources of inspiration. The bonus? Roselle and her friends aren’t the only ones impressed with the unit’s final look. Her furry housemate loves roaming around the place, too.
