Willie Revillame's Enchanting House in Tagaytay

If you’ve seen Willie Revillame’s stunning tropical house in Ayala Heights, Quezon City, you’ll know that he values the home. Aside from completing it with elegant must-haves, the outdoor area was designed by a landscape artist and was given much thought, too. The same can be said for his Tagaytay property found in Barangay Iruhin. Standing on top of a hill, the breathtaking house can be seen from the main road and showcases a luxurious tropical-inspired look. “Kasi pag inisip mo retirement, talagang bahay naman naiisip mo, di ba? So ang sarap pagandahin ng lugar na ito, kasi ang ganda-ganda ng location mo at napaka-peaceful talaga,” he shares. Peaceful it is—with huge windows and glass sliding doors offering an unobstructed view of the outdoors, it’s easy to feel calm and collected once you enter the house.

With wide outdoor areas and an infinity pool, guests can also relish the feeling of being one with nature. The house was built within the three lots that Willie purchased years ago. Taking inspiration from the Bulgari Hotel and Resort in Bali, Uluwatu, Indonesia, he hopes to build a hotel and a couple of private villas to maximize the land. If his house is a taste of things to come, then we can’t wait to see what’s next for the rest of the five-hectare property. We’re sure it will be nothing short of captivating, too.
