Kimpoy Feliciano Gives a Tour of His Family's Rest House in Tagaytay
Another dream come true for the actor and content creator
Kimpoy Feliciano has finally achieved one of his biggest dreams: to buy a rest house in Tagaytay City.
On Tuesday, August 23, 2022, the 29-year-old content creator and actor uploaded a YouTube vlog to give a tour of his new two-storey vacation home.
Kimpoy mentioned that the rest house was already built when he bought it, just a little over a year since he moved into his new home in San Mateo, Rizal.

"I just got my house in San Mateo, Rizal. But, recently, I purchased another house dito naman sa Tagaytay. So it's gonna be our vacation house dito sa Tagaytay."
He later added, "Ito nga palang lahat na ito, siyempre, nabili ko na siya, buo na siya. So ginawa nila ito, binenta nila, and then binili natin."
Kimpoy's house tour
One of the many things Kimpoy loves about his vacation house is the mango tree that greets his guests as they enter the property.
He explained, "Nung nakita ko itong bahay na ito, isa ito sa mga na-touch ako. Nagbalik yung mga memories kasi yung first bahay namin sa Malolos, Bulacan, meron din siyang mangga.
"So sabi ko, si mangga, ito na ulit."
Aside from the mango tree, Kimpoy also has a lanzones tree planted in his garden.
Kimpoy's vacation home also has a pool.
"Siyempre yung family ko, mga kaibigan ko, sobrang mahilig mag-swimming.
"And so ayan, meron na tayong swimming pool. This is five feet daw."
Kimpoy also loves the "sleep out" or annex room, which reminded him of his family's New Zealand home.
He explained, "Yung bahay namin sa New Zealand dati, meron siyang sleep out. And dun ako natutulog dati.

"And meron din siyang sleep out. So this is a bedroom. Bedroom din siya... na may toilet."
The kitchen and dining area is located right next to the living room.
Kimpoy's house has a dirty kitchen which he plans to use as a pantry.
Two bedrooms are located on the second level of the house.
The first room has a floor-length glass wall.
The other room has a view of the pool area.
Both rooms have a built-in cabinet and share a common toilet.
Kimpoy promised his viewers that he will be doing another house tour once his rest house is fully furnished.
Toward the end of his vlog, Kimpoy said he hopes that his viewers will be inspired by his new milestone.
"Ang masasabi ko lang, keep dreaming... And nothing is impossible. Kayang-kaya niyo rin iyan, guys. Basta tuluy-tuloy lang. Huwag kayong mawawalan ng pag-asa.
"And yun, sana ma-inspire kayo sa mga ginagawa ko."
