Actor-musician James Reid recently posted about his house for sale, which is located in Loyola Grand Villas in Katipunan, Quezon City. The three-story house has seven bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two large kitchens, a recording studio, a lap pool, a fully-equipped gym, open space living areas, a CCTV security system, and a six-car garage.
According to JaDine fans, it's the same property James used to share with Nadine.
The house was first reported to be on sale in February 2020, and its estimated value is P82 to P85 million.
