It was in her 100th vlog on YouTube in May 2022 that Bea first disclosed about buying an apartment in Madrid.

She also mentioned her Golden Visa for Spain, which is "a residence visa" issued to those who "intends to make a significant investment in the Spanish economy"; offers the "holder and his/her family members residency in Spain and visa-free access to the Schengen Zone."

She started house-hunting in Spain in March 2022.

Of the six apartment options, she chose the one designed by interior designer and architect Tristan Domecq, who also designed the house of Zara owner Amancio Ortega.

Bea's apartment is located at Chamberi, a district in Madrid known for its traditional 19th-century neighborhoods.

In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Bea said she and her mom will be staying in Madrid for a month to work on the interiors of her new apartment.
