Iya Villania Gives Sneak Peek Of Their New Home, Shares A Design Hack That We Often Overlook
We can't wait to see the Arellano kids in their new home!

A year after their groundbreaking ceremony in Rizal, Iya Villania shared on Instagram a glimpse of their new home. "The little house that we're building here in Taytay is almost finished!" Iya said, during her house check with their fourth child Astro.
From their condo in Mandaluyong, the new Casa Arellano has a second floor with a balcony, an outdoor kitchen, a hangout area, and as expected, a playground for their kids.

A netizen complimented their playground saying it looks legit, and Iya revealed, "Hahaa! The place was primarily designed for the kids."

'Don't overlook the switches!'
In the video, Iya shared that their house is almost complete, except for some small but very important details - their switches and sockets. "Let’s admit it… switches and sockets can be eyesores when they don’t complement the beauty of one’s home," she wrote in her caption. She adds, "Make sure they're functional but also pretty."
Here are some sockets that we found online that you can check out for your home:
1. Titanium Designer Series (Php 595.00)
