One Common Mistake That People Commit When Decorating Small Spaces

Many of us are probably guilty of this!

Decorating a tiny home can be fun and exciting--however, it's also important not to get too carried away, especially since you're working with limited space.

In an interview with Real Living, architect Angelo Siochi of AGSiochi Architecture & Design says that one of the most common mistakes that owners of small properties tend to commit is to get way too enthusiastic about furnishings.

"They tend to get excited with buying furniture," he says. "[But] you have to consider its function." He adds that aside from asking questions from furniture store owners, it's also important to do your own research and not just get carried away by price or aesthetics. Remember, you'll be using these pieces for a long time.
