When the movable parts are getting loose, it may be a sign that the fixtures are already at the point of wear and tear. But it doesn’t mean that you have to change the whole unit. You may just need to change the gasket or some parts.

How can homeowners prevent bathroom molds and mildew?

Since these organic growths thrive in wet areas, moisture in the nooks and crannies of the bathroom can easily become areas where molds and mildew can form. Keeping the bathroom dry and clean is a sure way to prevent molds and mildew from growing.
