A: This will actually depend on how big and how old your house is. For smaller houses (around 80sqm to 100sqm), this could probably cover basic electrical works, like additional outlets, changing and adding light fixtures, painting works for walls and ceiling, and basic carpentry works for additional shelves and a study table.
