Browsing next to the Magis stools

Moving on to the mid-range stores, let’s take a look at the relatively new Dimensione branch at Bonifacio High Street. Out of all the branches of this popular home store, this is the biggest one, with a second floor to boot. Check it out—second floor is now open! Most of the lighting and large pieces of furniture are displayed upstairs.

Dimensione is a must-visit if you’re looking for modern chairs; my faves are from Magis…

…and those old-school metal filing cabinets and chests of drawers which my friend Pierra really loves…

…one side holds all of my favorite kitchen/dining brands: Bodum, Eva Solo, LSA, Rosendahl, Multiple Choice; love, love, love…

…this is the place to buy those gigantic accent mirrors in gold or baroque-black, some of them run for about P19,000++ only, quite reasonable for something that size…

…and I’ve been liking their dining tables lately; they still carry those popular wenge ones, but now they have a lot of rustic or Scandinavian-style tables.

    Another option would be to hunt down actual old filing cabinets then re-paint it, but oo, napakalovely ng black low filing cabinets nila. :)

    Some companies still do make them but not in that color and exact design. They are not expensive. An idea would be to have it spray painted instead. They even have school lockers which can be another good organization idea for a family with kids. Hmmm….
