Baguio Bliss in December

Included in RL’s December ish is a Special Section on Baguio. Yes, I know this sounds incredibly retro, but there is still a lot to experience and see—in terms of culture and overall atmosphere—in the country’s erstwhile (oh maybe not, it’s having a renaissance of sorts) tourist destination. Like for example, the impressive BenCab museum (and yes, the RL team met the National Artist in person!)…

…and lovely B& B/cafe/shopping place PNKY

…and don’t miss Ebai’s yummy carrot cake!

Real Living December ish is available at newsstands and bookstores for only P140. (Photos: Jun Pinzon)

Good in bed

Just came from Our Home’s launch of Canadian bed linen’s Crystal line of deluxe beddings. Of course, Tessa Prieto-Valdes was there to host. Here she is with her own bedroom setup. And yes, she had a difficult time walking in her rose-organza dress. The Crystal line is a collection of jewel-toned and themed beddings (and we all know that most bedlinen are in whites or dusty pastels).

A pleasant surprise—a few friends did the bedroom setups! Here is PSID’s former dean Jie Pambid’s “Amber” setup (sorry for the photo—I need glasses!)…

…and RL Makeover designer (and media personality) Dustin Reyes’s sweet Tiffany-blue “Angelite” setup…

You can check out these bedroom setups and more at the Mega Atrium, SM Megamall. Canadian bed linen is available at Our Home branches and at SM Homeworld.

November is out and it’s lovely!

But wait—this was the original cover when we were making it:

What do you think? Which cover do you like better? Do let us know. :)
